THE FLAVOURS

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served in the Infinity Restaurant, with entrance from 7:30 to 10:00.  

In June, July and August only, it is served in the Orizzonte panoramic room on the 6th floor with entrance from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.

DINNER

Dinner for half board is served at the Infinity Restaurant from 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm.

INFINITY RESTAURANT 

In winter it is open upon reservation for events, banquets, meetings, business dinners.

In summer it is open upon reservation every day for dinner with à la carte menu with entrance from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm

Hotel guests staying in B&B accommodation who book at the Infinity restaurant receive a complimentary entrée and Chef's small pastry. For reservations please contact  the Reception (int. 9)

SWIMMING POOL ON THE BEACH

The pool is open in summer with free entrance from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Access is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the hotel and wearing a personalised "Savini" bracelet, which can be requested at the Reception. The loungers available in the relax area cannot be reserved.

BEACH

In collaboration with bathing establishment no. 61 subject to availability. Reservation is required.

Only for those who book the beach service with us have a free use of beach towel. A security deposit is required. Towels can be changed twice a week, extra change cost € 3,00 per each.

Minibar

Each room has a mini bar with drinks and snacks. You will find the price list inside the minibar and drinks will be charged on your room. 

On the desk you will find 1 bottle of mineral water, at your disposal, free of charge.

Room Service  

To order breakfast in your room contact Reception (int 9)

Laundry Service  

To use the laundry service, please use the laundry bag, which you can obtain at reception. The service is available on working days.

Contact the reception to find out the pick-up and delivery day of your laundry.

Smokers

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and in the interior areas of the hotel, while it is permitted on the balcony. You can ask for an ashtray at reception.

Privacy   

If you do not wish to be disturbed by our staff, please press the button near the entrance door.

Roomcleaning 

To facilitate the housekeeping service you can let us know when the room can be cleaned: press the button near the entrance door. The service is available during the fixed hours from 8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

Room faults   

We will do everything possible to make your stay perfect. In the event of any faults, please contact the department manager in question or the management immediately, who will endeavour to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Wake up alarm

Contact the Reception if you'd like to be woken up by our staff.

Iron  

If you need to iron a garment, you will find a room in the hotel with an ironing board and iron at your disposal. Due to safety reasons we ask  you to unplug the iron after each use. 

Courtesy Toletires   

To reduce the use of disposable plastic products we have chosen to equip each room with dispensers. We kindly ask you not to remove them.  Marie Danielle's courtesy line with argan oil soap and lotion has emollient, moisturising and anti-ageing benefits, a true beauty elixir for the skin. 

Bathrobe with Slippers   

You can request a bathrobe with slippers in your room with a little supplement. For this service call the Reception (int 9).

Air Conditioning and Heating 

The room temperature can be individually adjusted using the control panel on the wall.  By inserting the electronic key, the thermostat is switched on.  With MODE you switch on and off. With the + and - buttons you select the temperature. With the FAN button you set the fan speed.  Once the desired temperature has been set, the display flashes to confirm the new SET UP. Afterwards, the display returns to the temperature measured in the room. If Er1 appears on the display, it means that a window is open and the thermostat is not working. If you open the window and/or take out the electronic room key, the temperature returns to the "COMFORT" SET UP set by the home automation system.

Safe   

You will find the safe in the wordrobe of your room.  
Operation: close the safe door, enter a code of your choice from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 numbers, press  "LOCK" (L).  To open, digit the preset code +  L, whereas to close, digit the chosen code + L.
The safe is equipped with an internal charge for Smartphone, Tablet or PC.

TV Channels

Press the button to switch on the TV then choose the channel you want to watch your favourite programme on.

From 300 to 317 you will find channels in German, French, English and Arabic.

American Bar

In summer, in June, July and August, it is open every day from 3.00 pm to 11.00 pm. During the other months it is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 6.00 pm.

Cashier's desk 

The cashier's desk is open daily from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.

Electric recharger 

In the Hotel courtyard there is a charging station for your electric car, power 22 KW with 220v hybrid socket. The charging cable is not included. Please contact Reception to take exploit of this service (int 9)

Parking  

A PARKING AREA next to the hotel is available at an extra  cost of € 15.00 per day, upon request and subject to availability.

During June, July and August, a FREE PARKING is available 500 metres from the hotel with a courtesy shuttle bus on arrival and departure from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm. Parking 500 m away is free only if you book on our website

City Bike

Free city bikes are available for adults, some with child seats for children. Please contact the Reception (int 9)

Pharmacy and urgent care

The nearest pharmacy is located just 800 metres from the hotel, exiting to the right along the promenade. The number to call the summer medical emergency service is +39 800118009

Bank    

The nearest bank is located just 300 metres from the hotel, exiting to the left, at the first roundabout on the left.

Coiffeur 

Michela Hair Stylist, in Via Ovidio 97, is only 850 mt from the hotel, you just have to exit to the right and than, just in front of bagno 71, turn right again.

Tobacco shop 

The tobacco shop is only 200 m from the hotel, exiting to the right, along the promenade

Newsstand 

The newsstand is 900 m from the hotel, exiting to the right, along the seafront, 12 minutes' walk (opposite beach no. 77) 

Lost and found 

If you have lost or forgotten items in your room or in the hotel areas, please contact the Reception who will do their best to assist you in finding them. Forgotten items, after check out, are safely kept at the hotel for up to 1 week.

For information, reservations for parties, events, dinners or business meetings, please contact the Reception.

Everything for little children

For 0-year-olds we provide a cot (a camp bed), a baby bath tub, a night light and high chairs in the dining room. 

On the lobby floor you will find a playroom fournished with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and a hob, a seating area and a bathroom.

The kitchenette is at the parents complete disposal at any time with everything needed to cook baby food independently and warm up baby bottles. The restaurant kitchen provides vegetable broths and  purées for 0-year-olds. Everything needed to complete the meal, from papes to mashes to fresh foods, is the parents' responsability, as is their preparation in the dedicated kitchen.

City Train on the road 

The little train allows you to visit the Bellaria Market every Wednesday and the Igea Marina Market every Friday.

The little train service operates at Easter, during long weekends and and by the end of May, every day until the 20th of September. The bus stop is at bathing establishment no. 62 and runs the following route: from Piazza Matteotti in Bellaria to bathing establishment no. 79 in Igea Marina with the following timetables: from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm - from 4.00 pm to 6.30 pm - from 8.00 pm to 11.00 pm/ 12.00 am

Every 20/30 minutes it passes in front of the hotel. The terminuses are Piazza Matteotti in Bellaria and Bagno 79 in Igea Marina.

LITTLE RULES FOR ANIMAL FRIENDS 

We love animals, but out of respect for everyone we only accept small animals, max 10 kg. They may stay in the room and in the lobby, but they may not enter the restaurant, breakfast room and swimming pool. They can stay on the beach under the beach umbrella but are not allowed to bathe.

Animals are not allowed in the Suite.

The service is available in the months of June (only for some destinations), July and August.

From the ancient Malatesta villages to the Gradara Castle where the tragic love affair between Paolo and Francesca took place, from the splendid Urbino of the Montefeltros and Raffaellos, with the splendid Palazzo Ducale full of artistic treasures, to the wonderful Frasassi Caves where stalactites and stalagmites draw a 'incredible scenography. From the alchemies of the Count of Cagliostro locked up in the Rocca di San Leo up to the three towers of the Republic of San Marino, with its history, its steep cobbled streets and its thousand opportunities of shopping. The hinterland of Romagna and the Marches can offer visitors a lot, so even just for a day it is worth turning your back on the sea and setting off to explore so much beauty.
